Roles and Responsibilities As a Kindergarten and Elementary school ESL teacher your will be teaching a variety of ESL topics to students in kindergarten through elementary using YBM ECC's tesxtbook-based curriculum.You will be responsible for the following: Teaching lessons following YBM ECC's curriculum and supplementing your own worksheets and activities Guiding students through speaking, writing, listening, and reading exercises Singing, dancing, and playing games with younger students Grading homework and providing feedback for student and parent review Breaking down harder learning concepts for ESL learners to understand better Creating a safe learning environment for students to learn more effectively Job Overview Start Date: March 2021 Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 1-8 PM Location: Various locations around Korea Student Age Range: 6 to 13-year-olds Salary and Benefits Salary: From 2.1 Million KRW (Negotiable upon experience) Insurance and Financial: Insurance and pension will be matched by the employer Contract Completion Bonus: Will be provided upon completion of contract Housing: A studio apartment will be provided or housing allowance Airfare: One-way ticket will be reimbursed Candidate Qualifications 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited university Must be a citizen from the United States, Canada, the U.K., the Republic of Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, or South Africa Location YBM ECC has branches all over Korea including Seoul, Gyeonggi, Busan, Daejeon, Daegu, Jeju Island, and other areas!
