1. Role and Responsibilities YBM ECC's curriculum more textbook-based, and you'll be teaching students from kindergarten to elementary school. You will be responsible for the following: Teaching lessons following YBM ECC's curriculum and supplementing your own worksheets and activities Guiding students through speaking, writing, listening, and reading exercises Singing, dancing, and playing games with younger students Grading homework and providing feedback for student and parent review Breaking down harder learning concepts for ESL learners to understand better Creating a safe learning environment for students to learn more effectively 2. Job Overview Start Date: ASAP Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 1-8 PM Student Age Range: 6 to 13-year-olds 3.
