Jeju Hot ESL Job | Literature Instructor - Chase Academy

At Chase Academy, we focus on helping students develop critical thinking and logic skills through critical reading and writing. Currently, we’re looking for a fun and creative instructor to teach our elementary and middle school students literature. Not only will you be reading a variety of interesting novels throughout the year but you will also have a good amount of freedom in the classroom to incorporate your own projects and ideas.   Unlike students at other academies, Chase Academy students are motivated to come because they want to learn, and you will be able to impact their lives and help them chase their dreams. Our small class sizes allow you to build personal relationships with the students and initiate hands-on activities.   Before coming to class, students read the assigned literature and begin thinking about the author, the author’s purpose behind the story, and what can be learned. Similar to a Q&A-based discussion, literature classes are guided by the instructor to help students develop deeper thinking skills and opinions.   As a literature instructor, you will gain valuable teaching experience abroad to further your career and also work with a team of great colleagues.
