1. Role and Responsibilities:
At YBM ECC Gwangmyeong, you will be the native English teacher for students in kindergarten up to middle school. You will help students learn critical thinking skills through speaking, reading, writing, and listening exercises.

Salary: 2.1-2.4 (depends on experience)

3. Candidate Requirements
- 4-year bachelor’s degree
- Preferred: TEFL/TESOL Certified OR teaching experience OR teaching certificate
- Must be a citizen from the United States, Canada, the U.K., the Republic of Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa
- Must currently be in Korea

We're located in Gwangmyeong, which is right between Incheon and Seoul. You can easily explore Seoul and get around via subway and you can easily get to Hongdae or Gangnam.

For Our Teachers Our teachers are very important to us and that's why we have instructor training and teacher development seminars to help our teachers develop effective teaching skills and methods. New Instructor Training YBM-TESOL YBM-TESOL, which is conducted by the head office, provides new instructors with a comprehensive understanding of the ECC curriculum and a desirable teacher role. Top teachers give expert and pilot lectures on teaching and developing a wide range of teaching methods and let new instructors get a sense of teaching by conducting mock lectures themselves. YBM-TESOL is a specialized training program exclusively for YBM ECC instructors and must be completed by any instructor who has experience in other institutions. Regular Instructor Re-training YBM TDS (Teacher Development Seminar) Korean and foreign lecturers at YBM ECC will become junior English teachers by learning new teaching information and effective teaching methods through YBM TDS, which is conducted monthly by the head office, as well as regular instructor-led training at each hagwon.
