Creville Plus is a brand-new service from Kidsfactory that combines English with interactive edutech experiences. The purpose of this program is to provide to young children an enjoyable experience through art and play, while exposing them to English and cultural diversification through face-to-face interactions with a native speaker. We are looking for highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our brand-new campus in the city of Daejeon. Both full-time and part-time positions are available; please see below for the detailed working conditions. While this is not technically a teaching job, it requires the core personalities of a successful teacher, and for Creville Plus, it is to make sure that students are receiving a lively and fun educational experience in English. Therefore, positive energy and a genuine love for being around children is a must.

 

*Note: Creville Plus Daejeon will be located inside of a shopping mall, and the peak times will be on the weekend and red days/national holidays. Therefore, candidates will be required to work one weekend day, and possibly on red days/national holidays. Schedules may also change on a monthly basis. However, because this is not a teaching position, so prep work and administrative duties will be very limited. More details will be provided to interested candidates.

 

Full-timer roles and responsibilities:

Follow the daily schedule as laid out by the institute, which will include:
Meet and greet
Leading the interactive experience zones
Playing with the children
Assisting the staff


Full-timer qualifications:

Native English speaker
BA minimum from an accredited 4-year university
If currently in Korea, F4 (gyopo) or other F visas. If overseas, all required documents for processing a visa (Apostilled National background check and apostilled copy of the official diploma)
Must be energetic and love working with young children


Full-timer working conditions:

Location: Hyundai Premium Outlets, Daejeon City
Starting date: Mid-June
Salary: 2.6 million KRW
Days/hours: 10:00AM-7:00PM, 11:00AM-8:00PM or 12:00PM-9:00PM, 5 days a week (will include one weekend day)
1-year contract
1-month severance pay after the completion of the 1-year contract
50% health insurance coverage

National pension
Housing allowance of 400,000 KRW monthly if already living in Korea. If not, then partially furnished housing will be provided near the institute.
15 days of paid vacation
For overseas teachers, round trip airfare reimbursement up to 1 million KRW, for domestic teachers, one-way airfare reimbursement up to 1 million KRW


Part-timer roles and responsibilities:

Supporting the full-timer with the daily activities
Playing with the children
Assisting the staff


Part-timer qualifications:

Fluent English speaker (does not have to be the first language)

English Proficiency: IELTS Score 8 and above
Working Hours: Min. 16 hours/week ( Two days of 9 hours/ must be available on weekends)
H-1 (working holiday), D-2 or D-4 (student visa)


Part-timer working conditions:

Hourly rate: 12,000 KRW
Hours: 10:00AM-7:00PM, 11:00AM-8:00PM or 12:00PM-9:00PM, Saturday/Sunday
