SPEP is looking for professional corporate trainers in all areas who wish to expand career into business English education. [Minimum Requirements for any of our positions] 

  • All potential candidates must hold a minimum of a Bachelor degree from an accredited four-year university located in a country in which the native language is English (US, Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand, Ireland, and South Africa).
  • Must have Original Diploma *Notarized with an Apostille
  • Must have Nationwide Criminal Background Check *Notarized with an Apostille

 

5. [FT] HR Trainer & Development Specialist

[Job Description]     

  • Plan, develop and deliver HR trainings including new teachers/employees’ orientations
  • Collaborate with the R&D team in developing and organizing training manuals, visual aids and other educational materials that support teachers’ career development and company growth
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are current and effective, and/or modifying and improving existing programs
  • Research and develop evaluation and measurement procedures of the effectiveness of SPEP’s programs, providing recommendations for improvement to teachers
  • Work closely with teachers/employees/managers in conducting training needs analysis for developing new training programs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with teachers/other departments/employees to determine needs and to provide/receive feedback and training
  • Facilitate instructor-led workshops and learning events such as management skills, professional skills, team-building, mentoring, learning system processes, and cultural orientation as needed

 

[Additional Responsibilities] 

  • Teaching hours will be scheduled based on yearly Academic & Training schedule
  • Business trip (domestic) is essential for this position

 

[Job Requirements/Qualifications]

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required (English)
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in business English teaching or corporate training field
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, English, Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources or related field
  • Ability to work productively on multiple projects/courses simultaneously
  • Ability to understand and implement adult learning theory and practices when facilitating and designing curriculum
  • Self-motivated, high-level of enthusiasm, and passionate about learning and development.
  • Experience using on-line collaboration and training development tools, including an LMS

6. [FT] HR Training Assistant

[Job Description]     

  • Create, maintain teachers’ files including training document, class video files etc.
  • Assist with the coordination of all training activities to ensure efficient and timely delivery
  • Schedule training events, coordinate with other instructors, obtain and distribute required instructional materials, and communicate schedules and details
  • Manage the administrative functions but not limited to scheduling classes, maintaining training documentation, reviewing students’ reports
  • Gather, review and analyze course evaluations, identifying teachers/students’ needs
  • Ensure paperwork for new teachers, transfers, etc is accurate and processing
  • Respond to inquiries regarding class, materials, schedules, changes, programs (communicate with teachers)
  • Track teachers’/employees’ performances and supports any identified retraining opportunities
  • Work closely with teachers/employees/managers in conducting training needs analysis for developing new training programs
