If you think you have passion and compassion for students, come and enjoy teaching at our school. Together with you, I would like to create a joyful community enhancing cross-cultural understanding. As the director, I am committed to do my best to make you feel welcome here at CDI Incheon Namdong and in Korea. I won't regard you just as a teacher or an employee, I will regard you as one of our family members here. I look forward to seeing you at CDI Incheon Namdong! Mark Seo Branch Manager CDI Incheon Namdong Working at CDI, here at Incheon Namdong has been an awesome experience. When I first I arrived in Korea, I wasn't sure what to expect or what to do but the support I have received from my co-workers, from the director on down, has been first rate. They have made me feel welcome and at home and if I ever needed anything or any help, they are always willing to help. It made my transition into teaching Korean kids a lot easier. It has been a joy meeting and teaching new students of all ages and backgrounds. Having talked to some of the teachers who teach at private schools, I heard that sometimes that they feel isolated as there is usually only one foreign English teacher, teaching at CDI, I get to work with six other foreign English teachers at the moment so not nearly as isolated. If I had to do everything over again, I would not change a thing, I would choose to work for CDI, and my preference would be to come back out here to CDI Incheon Namdong.
