What originally began as a Korean-Mexican fusion food truck in Austin, Texas has morphed into one of Seoul’s most popular and unique restaurant chains. Coreanos Kitchen cooks up the usual Mexican fare but with a Korean twist; tacos, burritos, and quesadillas are all available but stuffed with ingredients like galbi, kimchi, and samgyeopsal. Its most popular dish, “Three Wise Fries”, french fries topped with a mix of chicken, galbi, and pork along with an array of sauce, were rated the best fries in America by US News and Yahoo! Travel. More traditional Tex-Mex menu items are offered alongside their unique Korean-Mexican fusion dishes, with tacos, burritos, quesadillas, lime rice bowls, and various appetizers and desserts available for order.
