Seoul's Olympic Legacy

Jamsil Sports Complex

Jamsil Students' Gymnasium is situated right next to Jamsil Arena, and hosts reigning Korean Basketball League champions, SK Knights. It hosted the boxing competition at the 1988 Olympic Games, as well as basketball at the 1988 Paralympics. It's a much more intimate venue than its counterpart in the complex, seating just 6,500, which creates a better atmosphere at basketball games. Numerous concerts have also been held at the gymnasium, with artists such as IU and Korean rock legends Nell having performed here.
