Jamsil Sports Complex


Jamsil Arena is the largest sporting arena in Seoul, with a capacity of just over 11,000, and opened its doors in 1979. It hosted the basketball and volleyball competitions at the 1988 Summer Olympics and is now the home of the Korean Basketball League side Seoul Samsung Thunders. It also hosts various concerts and entertainment events throughout the year, most notably hosting artists such as Alicia Keys, Muse, and Iron Maiden.
