The park is split into five sections: Wild River, Bay Slide, Sea Wave, Fortress, and Aquatic Center.

Wild River follows a river rafting theme and is home to a wide variety of rides and slides.

Ride the Tower Raft, one of the park’s most exciting rides, which involves descending from a six-story-high tower on a tube along a wild, windy river.

Arguably one of the most thrilling rides at Caribbean Bay, the Aqualoop drops visitors down from 18 meters high then does a 360-degree loop before launching them into a pool.

Bay Slide only has three attractions, but they are by far the most exciting in the park.

They include the hair-raising Mega Storm tube ride, a 355 meter-long slide that features numerous twists, turns, drops, and loops, with riders experiencing zero-gravity at certain points in the ride.

Sea Wave gets its name from the massive Wave Pool located in this area of the park, which produces waves reaching up to 2.4 meters high.

  • Life vests are required for the Wave Pool and can be rented on site for a fee of 6,000 won using Bay Coin or Credit/Debit Card.
  • Locker and shower rooms are also located in Sea Wave.
  • Showers are free to use, while lockers require a 500 won coin deposit.
  • Beach chairs and umbrellas can also be rented at the Outdoor Rental service located behind the Wave Pool.

Fortress is modeled after an old pirate fortress.

It hosts the Adventure Pool, where 2.4 tons of water is poured from a massive skull-shaped bucket.
It is also home to the Surfing Ride, where visitors can boogie board on artificial waves.
You can relax on a tube and float gently along the stream of the calm and soothing River Way.

The Aquatic Center is the indoor portion of Caribbean Bay, comprising four floors of attractions, including numerous indoor pools and water slides, a sauna and spa, and many of the park’s amenities.

This area is perfect for people of all ages, with the infant and indoor kids pool providing a safe space for children, and five different sauna rooms, a spa, and a relaxation room.

The park features a number of restaurants serving a wide variety of world cuisines, as well as cafes and snack shops. It's perfect after a whole hour of fun from the rides!

Organizer

Caribbean Bay

The World's Largest Water Park

Caribbean Bay is Korea’s largest water park, open all year round and packed with all types of exciting water slides, pools, and games, both indoor and outdoor. Opened in 1996 as part of Samsung’s Everland Resort, Caribbean Bay has won numerous accolades and is considered by many in the theme park industry to be one of the world’s top water parks. It boasts numerous activities and facilities, including the wild Mega Storm tube ride, a 355 meter-long slide that features numerous twists, turns, drops, and loops, the Wave Pool which produces waves up to 2.4 meters high, and even a full spa and sauna experience for those looking for a more relaxing day out.   The park is split into five sections: Wild River, Bay Slide, Sea Wave, Fortress, and Aquatic Center. Each section hosts an assortment of rides, activities, and various facilities. Wild River follows a river rafting theme and includes one of the park’s top rides, the Tower Raft, a rafting course that descends from the top of a five-story-tall tower. Bay Slide features the aforementioned Mega Storm ride, one of the park’s most thrilling slides, as well as the 26 meter-tall Water Bobsleigh slide, and the incredibly speedy Tube Ride. Sea Wave is home to the park’s wave pool, which produces artificial waves reaching a height of 2.4 meters. Life vests are required in this area of the park, which can be rented from the vest rental booth on the far end of the section. Fortress replicates an old pirate fortress and features the Adventure Pool, which pours 2.4 tons of water from a massive skull-shaped bucket on visitors, as well as numerous “villages” where visitors can relax and enjoy the surrounding views of the park.   Caribbean Bay’s crown jewel is the six-story Aquatic Center, home to the park’s spa and sauna and numerous indoor pools and water slides. This area of the park is popular all year-long, with cool water in the summer bringing welcome relief from the hot weather, and warm water in the winter providing visitors a respite from the cold. The Aquatic Center is filled with plenty of child-friendly attractions, including an infant pool and indoor kids’ pool where children can play safely. It’s also a great place to relax, with five different sauna rooms, a spa, a relaxation room equipped with massage chairs and sleep capsules, and numerous hot pools and baths available to visitors.   Many of the park’s rides close during the winter, but there is still plenty to do as many of the pools around the park are converted into outdoor hot springs and the Aquatic Center remains open all year round. The park is not nearly as crowded during the winter either, providing a far more relaxing experience compared to the park’s peak times during the summer.   Rides & Attractions Restaurants & Cafes Shopping   Villages Amenities Directions
