Why is Outlook not showing all my emails?

Solution no. 1:

  • Open your Outlook account.
  • To search for your email, there are two kinds of default folders. The first is “Focus”, and the second is “Other.”
  • Your missing emails might be in the other folder.
  • If in the two folders mentioned above you didn’t find the emails, then you can even check it in the “Junk” folder.

  • Open the “Outlook Settings” by using the Outlook live.
  • Select the option of mail and then on rules.
  • Now you need to check the rules. You need to discard the traditions which you think due to which the emails are not landing in your account.

Solution no. 4:

At times to free up the space, you might have deleted some emails. If you have done that in the last 30 days, then you need you also need to delete them from the folder of “Deleted Items”?

That would surely free up the space and fix the issue of not receiving the emails.
