Here’s what to do if you decide to return a product or want a refund from a merchant for any other reason:
Visit the store and contact the merchant online. You can return the product to them and request a refund.
As long as the trader has a refund policy and you are eligible, the trader will initiate a refund.
If you have not received a refund yet, in ten days, then contact the merchant. Cash App doesn’t intervene in merchant-customer refunds.
Usually, it takes you 2 to 7 business days to get your money back.
Once refunded, it is updated in your Cash app.
If you pay a merchant and want a refund, you will receive it within ten days of the request.
If you have accidentally sent money to the wrong person, there are ways to request a refund and send them a note asking for a refund.
If that person is not willing to send your money back, the company cannot help you.
If your Cash app has been scammed, you can reach out to the support team and ask them to help.
Customers report that they sometimes help and at other times “be careful when sending payments next time.” That’s the response they give you.
Many fake websites claim to support cash apps but since only your information is stolen make sure you only use the cash app phone app or website to contact the support team.
