Gangjin Celadon Festival is a festival commemorating and promoting Korea Celadon culture and its excellence. Various events are held such as firing kiln, Celadon exhibition, pungmulnori (folk music and performance), celebration performances, madangguk performances, foreign folk art performers. The festival was selected as the Best Festival by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism for 9 years in a row since 2002, and the Representative Festival for 2 years in a row since 2011.
