I can also sell you a table and an office chair separately. On a side note, the key money/deposit of 5 million might seem high, but that is the lowest key money amount you will find in Hongdae. Don't even bother to find anything lower as most places will ask for 10 million or more. If you want to pay less rent, the landlord will allow you to pay 10 million key money in exchange for monthly rent of 600,000 won. Very reasonable price for the business area and close proximity to subway, restaurants and department store.
