| Room for rent in Gangnam - Cheap I'm still trying someone to take over the contract I have on a one room studio flat in Gangnam. I am looking for someone who wants to move in ASAP. I'm paying 800,000 a month in rent. I' getting fairly desperate and so will take someone willing to pay less. The deposit is 5 mil, but the contract will stay in my name and so you don't have to put any money down. The flat is on the 7th floor in a 5 year old building right next to Baengbaeng crossroads in the heart of Gangnam. There is a fridge, a boiler with underfloor heating, a kitchen unit with gas range, kettle, sink, filtered drinking water tap, freezer, a washing machine (9kg), queen size brand new IKEA bed, with bed spread and bedding including 4 pillows, clothes horse, toilet, shower unit, sink, towel rack, decent sized wardrobe, the floors are wooden, there is also a sofa and a kitchen island. I can help you set up internet and TV if necessary, too. I'm really quite desperate. Seriously interested parties send PM for pictures. |
