Chungdahm Learning is seeking to hire talented online part-time instructors (e-Tutors) to provide assessment and guidance for online English essays and summaries.

<WM Introduction>

Launched in June of 2005, WM (Writing Master) is an online English writing program developed by Chungdahm Learning. WM utilizes a distinctive learning methodology that combines selective index-based system (Index Approach) and tutor-guided self revision process (Self-Learning Approach).  The Index Approach relies on indices that are preselected according to high-frequency error per learner ability level, allowing learners to focus on limited areas at a time.  The Self-Learning Approach encourages learners to self-realize what type of mistake was made and attempt revision on their own, based on the customized assessment and feedback provided by professional e-Tutors. 

1.  Qualifications

-         4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

-         Native-level English reading and writing ability

-         Korean citizen or F2/F4 visa status

2.      Employment Highlights

-         Location: 5 minute walk from Line #7 Children’s Grand Park Station (Exit 4)

-         Compensation: 5,000 KRW per essay correction.  Range of 30 ~ 100 corrections per week.  

-         Required to work at our office for an equivalent of 1 full day of work (8 hours).

-         No weekend work (All corrections are due by 7 PM Friday)

-         Opportunities for bonuses and/or promotions into regular employees based on performance.
