Trick Eye uses the art technique called Trompe-l’oeil (Trick of the eye). It turns two-dimensional paintings into three-dimensional images through the use of optical illusions. 2D paintings on the museum walls, floors and ceilings appear to step out of the surface and come to life. Visitors are more than welcome to explore various themed galleries with their eyes, hands and cameras. Step inside the paintings to complete their visual narratives with your creative poses and watch a “tricky” story unfold before your camera. At Trick Eye Museum, you can both learn about art and culture and make fun, unforgettable memories with your family, friends and loved ones. > Less more

Photography Tricks
Please prepare your camera in advance. Turn off your camera flash and remain stable during photo-taking. Photos will turn out to be even more vivid and realistic than what you see with your eyes.

Please stand on the photo points while taking photos of each art exhibit. Photo points show the best angles and distance that maximize 3D effect on photos.

Close one of your eyes when looking at the exhibit. When your viewpoint is fixed optical illusion effect is stronger.
Please observe exhibits from a short distance. That way you can experience a more vivid 3 dimensional effect.
