Cupcake Decorating Class

On Friday, October 21st, 10:00am~12:00pm, the Itaewon Global Village Center will hold a Cupcake Decorating Class.

Wilton, an American company started buttercream frosting decoration. For this reason, buttercream decoration uses the tools and the piping skill of Wilton. Recently, Koreans started developing the style and the detail of buttercream frosting, focusing on buttercream flower frosting. Since then, this type of frosting decoration has garnered attention from different parts of world especially Southeast Asia, America and Europe.

In this class, participants will make rose and apple blossom butter-cream flowers, which are the basic skill you need in buttercream frosting decoration. You will make roses, apple blossoms, and leaves using butter-cream. Then you will put them on the delicious carrot muffins. (Please, note that you will not make the muffin in this class.) Each participant will decorate two muffins. This is a good opportunity to discover the food artist in you!

 

The participation fee for the class is 15,000won. You can sign up in person or by email only. (Only foreigners can join this program.)
