Duty Free Shopping in Korea

 

Below is a list of duty free shops in Korea. Most are located in Seoul, while there are also two duty free shops in Busan and Jeju Island. Incheon International Airport offers the best selection, but some of the other stores will deliver to the airport for free.

 

Remember to keep the duty free allowance in mind. You can bring back no more than: one bottle of liquor (limit: less than 1L, less than 400USD value), a carton of cigarettes (limit: 200 cigarettes), and one bottle of perfume (limit: 60ml). Incheon Airport

Lotte Duty Free

  1. Brands & Products: Leather goods, ginseng products,
  2. Pay With: Korean won, US Dollar, Japanese Yen, credit cards
  3. Required Documents: Passport, Airplane ticket
  4. Locations:
    • Main Branch (Seoul): Seoul Lotte Department Store – directly linked to Exits 7 & 8 of Euljiro 1-ga Station.
    • Jamsil (Seoul): Lotte World – directly linked to Jamsil Station, Exit 3
    • Busan: Three minutes from Seomyeon Station
    • Jeju: Lotte Hotel in Jungmun Tourism Complex – sixth floor.

Shilla Duty Free

  1. Brands & Products: Vivienne Westwood, Victoria’s Secret, Jimmy Choo, Oakley, Apple, Johnnie Walker.
  2. Pay With: Korean won, US Dollar, Euro, Japanese Yen, credit cards, traveler cheques, or Shilla Gift Card.
  3. Required Documents: Passport, airplane ticket.
  4. Location: Dongguk University Station, Seoul (Five minute walk from Exit 5)

  4. Location: Jongo, Seoul (Gwanghwamun Station, Exit 6)

AK Duty Free
